Constitutional Amendment on November Ballot Would Require Supermajority on Penion Benefits

Many Illinois voters are unaware there's a Constitutional Amendment on the November ballot, that need voters approval to go into effect. We interview Dick Lockhart, of the State Universities Annuitants Assn, on why he says pension recipients could be harmed by the amendment, and why he thinks it's bad for democracy.
